International Resources Coordinating Committee (IRCC)
The Global Change International Resources Coordination Committee (referred hereafter as “the committee”) will be the key structure to manage international partnerships more strategically as well as proactively. Reporting to the Global Change Performance & Investment Council, the committee will be primarily responsible for searching the globe for potential research partnerships and leverage required international research funding. All international partnerships entered into by all performing agencies will be registered on the GC international partnerships register that will be managed and maintained by GC management unit. The register will include information such as country, name of partnership institution, funding and/or in-kind support.
